Once you are selected as a BRAC Kumon Franchisee, you will participate in our NIT (New Instructor Training) for 10 days. You’ll also participate in a series of Center visits for more hands-on training. Here we’ll train you the Kumon Method, as well as business strategies for owning and operating a BRAC Kumon Center. As a BRAC Kumon Franchisee, you’ll also take part in our continuing education programs to refine your skills and further enhance your business success.
