Rundown of the Event
The event promises to be a day full of excitement, including an award-giving ceremony and a gala night. Here's a brief rundown of the schedule:
Bronze Award Function
10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Silver & Gold Award Function

- 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM ----- Entrance of the Kids and Parents. Food and Entertainment Option for kids at Convention Hall.
- 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM ----- 1st Award Event. Bronze Award Giving Ceremony at Auditorium.
- 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM ----- Lunch Break. Food and Entertainment Option for kids at Convention Hall.
- 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM ----- Entrance of the Kids and Parents for second event.
- 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM ----- Silver and Gold Award Giving Ceremony
- 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM ----- Snacks Break and Entrance for Gala Night
- 6:01 PM - 8:00 PM ----- Gala Night. Laser Show l Theatre l Comedy l BeatBoxing l Group Dance
Instructions for Parents
Bronze Award Ceremony
- Gates will open from 8 AM for registration for Bronze Award recipients.
- Each child may be accompanied by one parent to the event. If multiple parents arrive, they might need to wait at Hall 01.
- After the Bronze Award-giving ceremony, parents and children can stay at the venue (Hall-01). If the student leaves, they shall return by 5 PM to participate in the Gala Event (Only the students above 6 years old).
Silver & Gold Award Ceremony
- Registration booths will be open from 12 PM for Silver/Gold Award recipients.
- After the ceremony, there will be a short break before the start of the Gala.
- The parents/students joining the Gala are strongly advised to stay at the premises in between.
Gala Event
- All the Kumon students aged 6-17, are invited to join the event.
- The parent will drop off their child at the venue.
- The parent can stay back and wait at the venue till the event ends or can pick up their child after the event.

Food, Seating Arrangement & Fun Activities
- At Convention Hall (Hall-01), there will be food stalls from different brands. Parents can purchase food of their choice whenever they want.
- There will also be seating arrangements for parents to wait at the venue.
- Several fun activities will be available for the kids to enjoy during the break. These arrangements will be available the whole day. So students can come and enjoy anytime they want.

Terms & Conditions
- Gates will open at 8:00 AM
- There will be an initial security and pass screening at the main entrance.
- Food and water will be available at the venue at a reasonable price. No need to bring food or water from outside.
- Any kind of tobacco or tobacco products (e-cigarettes, vape etc) will not be allowed inside the venue.
- No car parking will be available.
- The organisers reserve the right to close entry of Auditorium at any moment if the capacity of the venue is reached.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove people or persons from the premises for security purposes.
- The organisers reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time. Any item deemed as a security threat will not be allowed in the venue.
- There will be no provision to leave bags anywhere. The organisers cannot take responsibility for any bags brought to the venue. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings or any kind of injury and damage.
- Cameras of any kind (other than those in mobile phones) will not be allowed inside the venue (Auditorium).
- Phone must be kept on silent mode during the award show.
